White Rhino sent out Jerry/Jaron to provide us a quote. From the start, Jerry was friendly, communicative, and listened to our requests very intently. With a project management background, he handled the entire project effectively and efficiently. While onsite for the quote, White Rhino produced a colored rendering of our backyard with precise measurements and requested colors. This gave us reassurance that White Rhino fully understood our vision. Angel and Oscar, the owners, were equally as professional and personal. For the entirety of the project, they communicated with us, heard out our requests and concerns, and addressed everything in a very timely manner. The team of professionals installing the turf showed up on time every day ready to work immediately. Even our neighbor asked who we were working with, as he was amazed at how quickly and quietly they worked. Their professionalism and white glove customer service continue after the installation. Jerry did a great job communicating progress every day, keeping us updated on the timeline. We are beyond happy with the finished product, matching our vision precisely! Angel called same day and got us scheduled for the following week. The crew was polite and friendly and did go above and beyond for clean up. They cleaned up most of debris that went into the pool. After they got done we let our dog out to check out her new yard and she was extremely happy with the results. She was playing with all the workers and running around like crazy. Pick White Rhino! We had Jeron out to provide us with a quote. I told him what I wanted and he also gave us suggestions. He educated us on materials and the process as well. We got several more quotes and kept coming back to Jeron for questions and he was so great. The price was competitive. The final product is absolutely gorgeous. We have had so many people stop to talk about our yard. I cannot say enough about the employees and crew. The communication and follow through was top notch. They were always on time, when a delay came up in a product delivery Jeron was on the phone letting me know. He would set an expectation for me but would exceed it every time. He was on site daily checking on the progress. Oscar was also on site daily working hard. He was pleasant, funny and did amazing work. I reached out to 2-3 paver / turf companies to get a quote for our backyard. I felt at ease going with White Rhino because everyone knew their stuff, answering all questions! Also no pressure which is something I’m really thankful for! We started our project a few weeks later, and realized it was going to be way more work than anticipated (concrete was 6-9 inches thick vs the standard 4 inches). They were efficient and although it took a few more days than expected, they finished in a timely manner; never putting off my project just because it was going to take more time. I was able to communicate with the project manager daily, which is a huge plus! The new pavers and turf look amazing and my kids are loving having a big play space out back. A few days later, we had a minor irrigation issue where one under the turf wasn’t capped off. The crew was able to come out on a Saturday, cap it off, and put everything back together!! Add in their great warranty, and you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend!! Also, big shout out to Angel and Breanna for always answering calls and texts!!
